If You Need to Find an Image on a Specific Subject but You do not Have the Title or Name of an Artist

• Search one of the image databases.
• In the Library Catalog do a keyword search and type: "your topic " and "pictorial works". For ex: fashion and pictorial works.
• You can also do a subject search.

Examples:
Theater--Pictorial works
Illustrated Books--Bibliography

• Books that contain illustrations will have in the description the word "ill." For ex: xxii, 186 p. : ill. ; 18 cm
