Nurse Anesthesia Program
The Nurse Anesthesia Program is a 28-month graduate course of study in the School of Nursing, accredited by The Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs. The program awards a Master of Science Degree in Nursing from Western Carolina University and prepares for the national certification examination.

The 28-month program requires a minimum of 66 course credits, including core courses and anesthesia specialty courses. The program integrates research, physiology, pharmacology, pathophysiology, and anesthesia principles.
