RN to BSN
The online RN to BSN track assists registered nurses (RNs) to add value to their basic education, broaden their perspective of current clinical practice, enhance their leadership potential, and prepare for graduate study in nursing by earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing.
Students will complete 24 hours of core WCU RN to BSN courses and 8 hours of upper division electives. Students are admitted twice a year and can begin the program in either January or August. While the coursework is entirely online, students are required to attend Orientation and Wrap Day each semester on the AB Tech Enka Campus, headquarters of the WCU RN to BSN Program. Students are also required to complete two clinical course rotations which can be scheduled convenient to where you live.
The program can be competed in as few as three semesters though most students elect to progress on a part-time basis and finish within two years. For additional information about the program, read our FAQs flyer.
