Elementary Ed. Distance Education Program
Western Carolina University College of Education and Allied Professions in partnership with community colleges in western North Carolina provide the opportunity for students to earn a B.S. Ed. and/or teaching license in Elementary Education while remaining in their local communities. The programs are designed for working adults who wish to remain employed while completing the requirements for a four-year degree. Programs are offered in a cohort format. Students need to begin with and continue with the cohort they enter.
